Jon Uriarte is Co-founder of the management company All Iron Real Estate (c.€250m AuM), the apartments operator Líbere Hospitality Group (29 properties under management) and the Venture Capital All Iron Ventures (c.€140m AuM). He is currently Executive Director of the management company and the operator. Jon was also Co-founder (2009) and Co-executive director of Ticketbis, a company that surpassed an annual sales volume of $100m. Ticketbis was acquired by eBay in 2016 for $165m. Jon is currently combining his professional career with the Presidency of the Athletic Club of Bilbao.

David Iriso has been Co-General Director of All Iron Real Estate since January 2021, where he leads the management of the entire investment and development cycle of real estate assets, from the identification of opportunities to their development and enhancement, as well as periodic reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Prior to All Iron, David was director of the Madrid office and Head of acquisitions in Spain and Portugal at the Swiss Hispanic fund Stoneweg, where he helped grow assets under management from €40m to more than €2.5bn in 5 years, with special focus on the residential, office, logistics and hotel sectors. In addition, David has an extensive career in real estate investment funds (Azora, Autonomy Capital) and in Banking (Morgan Stanley, Dresdner Kleinwort, Barclays Capital, Société Générale) having lived and worked in Paris, London, Amman and Madrid.

David graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Navarra and has a master's degree in Finance from the London Business School. He is fluent in three languages, Spanish, English and French.

Ibon Naberan is Co-General Director at All Iron Real Estate since 2020. At All Iron, he leads the management of the capital structure, and administrative and strategic initiatives.

Previous experience in the mergers and acquisitions team at BofA Merrill Lynch for 12 years, leading the structuring of corporate M&A transactions (>€40bn), transactions in equity capital markets (>€5bn) and transactions in debt capital markets (>€20bn).

Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto and currently pursuing a Degree in Law from the UNED. Fluency in Spanish, English, Basque and French. Understands Portuguese.

Ana Rodriguez-Araque is Investment Director at All Iron Real Estate since 2022. At All Iron, she manages the identification of opportunities and the acquisition of real estate assets in the financial vehicle.

Previous experience in the Stoneweg Group as Director of the special operations department in the residential and hotel retail sector. Previous experience in real estate advisory works for store openings and asset transactions in collaboration with investment funds and a Family Office. Previous experience at NOHO communication as director of the luxury accounts department, director of distribution and expansion of the Europann Group in Spain and Andorra. Director of the hotel holding company in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, and Manager in commercial distribution and retail expansion of the Benetton Group in Spain.

Degree in Economics at the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Santiago Diaz-Laviada is an investment analyst at All Iron Real Estate since 2024, where he is part of the team in charge of executing the complete investment and development cycle of real estate assets.

Previous experience as investment analyst at Kennedy Wilson, where he was part of an investment vehicle in logistics assets and shopping centers. He also participated in divestment operations in office and retail assets. Santiago has previous experience in Structured Real Estate Financing and LBOs in the Crédit Agricole CIB and Bank of Ireland teams. In addition, he has experience in the Transactions departments of EY and KPMG.  ‍

Graduation in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICADE. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Virginia Escauriaza is member of the Corporate Finance Department at All Iron Real Estate since 2021. She is responsible for investor relationships, capital increases, the definition of strategic plans, the business plan, periodic reporting to the Board of Directors and is Head of ESG (Sustainability) at All Iron Real Estate.

Previous experience in the Strategy consulting team at Oliver Wyman, participating in CFA, FS, Real Estate, Public Policy and Energy projects in Spain, the Middle East, the UK, Greece and Portugal. She previously worked at EY, in the Real Estate investment department, preparing real estate feasibility studies and developing investment proposals for international funds. Previous experience as an Architect in architecture studios.

Degree in Architecture from the UNAV, and Master in International Management from IE Business School. Fluency in Spanish and English, and basic level of Basque and French.

Ander Mintegui is responsible for the Finance Department, responsible for control and reporting, f the management of audits and financing of All Iron Real Estate since 2020.

Previous experience at KPMG leading audits of the main Spanish banking institutions. Ander previously worked at FINECO Banca Privada Kutxabank and in the financial departments of multinational industrial companies.

Double degree in Industrial Technology Engineering and in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto. Fluency in English, Spanish and Basque.

Pedro Cobian is in charge of the financial management of All Iron Real Estate since 2023. He is responsible for managing invoices and audits, preparing annual and quarterly financial statements and monitoring and controlling the company's cash and bank accounts.

Previous experience at Activision Blizzard, BBVA, Prosegur and Viewnext. Pedro also took part in the management of real estate properties abroad.

Degree in Business Administration and Management at CEU San Pablo University. Fluency in Spanish, English and Galician.

Edurne Leon is HR Director at All Iron Real Estate since its founding in 2019. Responsible for the areas of personnel selection, professional team development, performance evaluation, compensation, labor relations and administration.

Previous experience as HR Director at Tickebis, creating and leading the department from its creation to the sale and integration of the company into eBay. Previous experience in Human Management Systems, as a Consultant and as an Internship Selection Technician at Vedior Laborman.

Degree in Psychology from the University of Deusto and Master in Human Resources Management from ESDEN. Fluency in Spanish, English and Basque.

Susana Iglesias is the Legal Director at All Iron Real Estate since its founding in 2019.

Previous experience as Legal Counsel at Ticketbis. She previously developed her legal career in the technology sector: as Legal Counsel-Spain, at Panda Security, an IT security solutions company and as head of acquisitions and licenses at Banda Ancha S.A., the telecommunications operator of the Aló Comunicaciones Group.

Law degree from the University of Deusto and Master's degree in law from the Bizkaia Bar Association, as well as Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. Susana holds an official API degree from the Ministry of Public Works. Fluency in Spanish, medium level of French and basic level of English and Basque.

Guillermo Calonge is a construction technician at All Iron Real Estate since 2020, responsible for coordinating the entire real estate investment cycle, from the acquisition of the asset to the obtention of the first occupancy license. He currently leads the Asset Maintenance department.

Previous experience in the construction sector at Asaser SA, Sener, and Construcciones y Promociones Balzola SA, where he worked as Production Manager, Construction Manager and Technical Supervisor of construction execution.

Miguel Angel Batalla is a construction technician at All Iron Real Estate since 2022. He directs, manages and coordinates projects from the design phase to the completion of works, ensuring refurbishments are finalized in time, cost and quality.

Previous experience as a construction technician at AELCA, Director of Works Execution at Paramos Arq. and Construction Manager at ACP Level and ADRA.

Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering and Project Management, with training in construction execution, economic control of works, tenders from construction companies, planning control, contracts, construction management, implementation of Breeam certifications, connection management and energy certifications. Fluency in Spanish, medium level of French and basic level of English.

Ines Palacios is a Construction Technician at All Iron Real Estate since 2021. She manages the quality of the works and leads the FF&E of the assets, being responsible for their purchase, management and coordination. Inés takes part in projects bidding and works monitoring processes, as well as being in charge of leading certain projects in all their development phases. She is also responsible for the obtention of the Breeam certification, which certifies the sustainability of construction in buildings and ensures the generation of comfort measures for end users.

Previous experience in the development of control and monitoring actions for the different stages of execution, as Project Manager. Inés participated in retail projects for brands such as Carolina Herrera or Purificación García, shopping centers, industrial and hospital works.

Degree in Technical Architecture at the University of A Coruña. Fluency in Spanish, and basic level of English and French.

Angela Vasquez is a Construction Technician at All Iron Real Estate since 2024. She is in charge of the work done in Valencia and Alicante, where she is responsible for monitoring the work, controlling the costs, coordinating external technical services, and managing projects from the execution phase to completion.

Previous experience as a construction technician, construction supervision and project management.

Degree in Superior Architecture at the Universidad of Pamplona, Colombia. Homologized Technical Architect, Specialist in Project Management. Fluent in Spanish and basic level of English.

Asier Hernandez has been the legal manager of All Iron Real Estate since 2024, where he is in charge of coordinating and directing the legal department. Asier also holds the position of non-director secretary of the Company's board of directors.

Prior to All Iron, Asier developed his professional career in the corporate and commercial law department of J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. where he advised on numerous relevant M&A transactions and has extensive experience in real estate and financial transactions. Asier also has wide experience in corporate law and has coordinated the position of non-director secretary of numerous boards of directors.

Asier holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting and is a Law Graduate from the UPV-EHU. LLM and specialization in financial regulation from Universidad Carlos III Madrid. Asier is a member of the Bar Association of Gipuzkoa (ICAGI). Fluent in Basque, Spanish, English and Italian.
