By defining a strategic plan in ESG and establishing its sustainability policy as the driving force behind the Company's investment policy, All Iron RE I Socimi aspires to position itself as a leader in terms of sustainability in the alternative accommodation segment. The company seeks to generate a business model that contributes to the creation of long-term value.

All Iron RE I Socimi´s ESG strategy is supported by the European GRESB agency, having participated for the first time in 2024 in its Real Estate benchmark, having obtained a score of 72/100. This is an important milestone in the implementation of the company´s strategy, which continues to work towards meeting its ESG objectives. In 2024, the company focused mainly on the obtention of Breeam certifications in its assets in the Environmental front, as well as on the implementation of Social and Governance measures.
